Saturday Nov 5 – Rain at the Hurley summit.
Conditions on the Hurley Nov 2 – 8am – 5cm snow, temp -1c and snowing lightly. 8pm – 15cm snow, temp 0c with light rain. There are reports that a contractor lost some tools and parts out of the back of his truck on Nov 1. A box of nails fell off at the bottom on the Pemberton side approx marker 2km and nails are all over the road. Watch out for flat’s around this section! – Update – the contractor went back to the site and has cleaned up the nails and broken tools.

Winter driving skills, 4 x4, chains and good snow tires are essential for travel. A survival/safety kit are good things to carry in your truck.
