In 2002 the SLRD & BRVEDS commissioned Urban Systems, a Kamloops consulting company to conduct a cost benefit assessment of the Hurley River Road and how it impacts the communities around it. There is a lot of interesting information in the report and anyone who drives the Hurley on a regular basis should take the time to read it. The PDF file is linked below.
