The Hurley was graded last week which exposes new sharp rocks and there are reports of lots of flat tires so be prepared! It will be a busy weekend on the Hurley so drive safe and stay on your side of the road. If someone is behind you and wants to pass, please pull over and let them pass safely.
Thanks to Debbie Demare for the lastest update and photos. The Lillooet FSR gate is open past the Hurley turn off which was closed for a washout last week. Watch for nasty potholes on the paved section after you turn off the Pemberton Meadows Road. The winter washout on the section past the Tenquille Branch is currently being repaired.

We had a flat at the start of the Hurley last Saturday, had a spare but thought since we were near Pemberton we would just get the tire repaired but no shops were open on Saturday…. we risked it and made it through without a second flat, phew…. Paul is not currently doing repairs in Gold Bridge, he is at the Kamloops Hospital recovery…. so we were lucky to meet Billy at the local Motel which also can help with tires.
