Miles, Eastbound refers to logs going east to Lillooet and westbound is logs going to Squamish.
RR3 is a resource road channel http://www.scanbc.com/wiki/index.php?title=Resource_Road_Channels
If the Hurley runs mostly north-south what do “eastbound” and “westbound” mean?
What does “RR3 to Bridge Main FSR” mean? RR3 for part of Hurley between Bridge River FSR junction and Hwy 40? Is the Lillooet FSR not radio controlled?
