It’s that time of the year when everyone is asking the question “When will the Hurley open?” The snow pack is above average this year so the spring thaw is estimated to be a few weeks behind last year. This means that avalanche danger could delay opening. More information about the snow pack and opening will be provided in early May.

Howdy. Wondering if there is an update on whether the Hurley will be open for the May long weekend. I know that there is still a substantial amount of snowpack, but in the past it is often plowed. Any information would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
