Thanks to Anton for the latest Hurley update. Came down the Hurley last night. Fluctuating freezing levels have left glare ice in places on the descent Southbound. If you don’t have studs on then chains are a must, at least on the front, Sure glad I put mine on at the Semaphore pullout!! The rest of the Hurley is as good as it gets! Thanks to Cathy and Reg for the plowing!

If you choose to drive the Hurley at this time of the year be prepared to experience all kinds of weather and winter driving conditions. Winter driving skills, 4×4, chains and good snow tires are essential for travel. A survival/safety kit are good things to carry in your truck.
