Thanks to Chuck for the latest Hurley update.
Came down the Hurley last evening via the E Hurley and the word for the day is ROUGH! The E Hurley was rougher than last month and could use a grading. The main Hurley from the steel bridge (including the summit) is better that the E Hurley and also a little better than last month before the grading took place (no more big pot holes at the summit). The big hill on the Pemberton side is rougher than before and the switch backs are terrible! The Lillooet FSR is the only bright section. Looking forward to the eventual work and if waiting results in it remaining in place for longer, I’m all for that.

Lillooet FSR was blocked off today, fire?
Came from Gold Bridge today as the fire near gun lake is getting worse. I drive logging roads all over BC as a major part of my job and the Hurley today was the worst, most consistent, never ending awful washboard I have ever experienced. Really no pot holes, just insane wash board even on the long flat sections which defies physics.
