Thanks to Conny for sending in this update on the road conditions. I flew over the Hurley yesterday. If you are thinking of sledding across, heads up, there is about 1-3 km of open gravel just north of the Hope Creek bridge. It is off and on dirt and snow from about the 15km bridge to that point. Also, folks are driving to at least 7km up the Pemberton side.
Any updates on the Hurley conditions?
Any updates on the Hurley?
No the road is not drivable yet and it will be posted here when it is
does anyone have a recent update, is the road passable in 4×4 yet. Thanks
Road should be ok for June and those vehicles will be fine. Use 4×4 on the climb up.
Hello
Our group gets together to camp the first weekend of June every year
Last June we camped on Lillooet Lake and hiked Joffre
I am planning this year’s camp and considering driving from Pemberton to Goldbridge and back as a day trip on Saturday June 1 2024
Most of our vehicles are newer pick up trucks like 2023 Toyota Tacoma, Honda Ridgeline etc. at stock height
Please let me know if it is advisable to drive these types of vehicles at that time of year without damaging them
Kind regards
Lloyd
