Update on Hurley maintenance from Sal Demare.
As some have seen the hill coming up from the Lillooet FSR and the hill going up from Gold Bridge have been graded. Due to unforeseen circumstances Bridge River Valley Mechanical was not available to grade this month, so the Ministry filled in with another contractor. The Ministry is following the budgeted maintenance plan and this month was to grade the two hills and later in September to grade end to end. The budget has not changed in over 10 years and still at $72,000 a year. It is on my list of advocacy work to get an increase and try to get a CPI increase yearly from then on.

Definitely need to grade the Pemberton side more as Semaphore Lakes is the new Joffre. Any word on grading the east Hurley?
