Drove south Jan 4th at about 10:30am, road was in good condition. Did run into logging truck traffic, as well as other truck traffic. Unexpectedly, met a large group of snowmobilers heading north. Road is narrow near the pass, this would not be a good spot to meet other vehicles, care should be taken.

The East Hurley has a washout about 300m east of the junction with the Hurley Main. The culvert is sitting in the channel cut across the road which is 150cm deep and about 300cm wide and impassible by truck or sled. Beavers have since dammed the higher side so expect more washouts in the spring. Both sides of the pond are covered in ice to thin to cross by sled. Thanks to Conny for the update.

The Hurley is getting lots of different types of traffic. The road is plowed narrow so please drive slow and stay on your side of the road.
