Today the 13th it is raining hard in the valley at plus 2 deg and snowing a couple hundred feet above so expect more snow up at the summit elevation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We drove the Hurley from Goldbridge&nbsp; at 3:00pm November 12th&nbsp; saw&nbsp; no other vehicles but fresh&nbsp; ruts were in the&nbsp; 5km of snow and 1 degree at summit .The snow does go away fast after summit&nbsp; about 1km down Pemberton&nbsp;side .&nbsp; A few more good dumps and my truck&nbsp; would be high centered , full size pickup with 2 inch lift&nbsp; had 1500lbs load&nbsp; and in auto 4wd&nbsp; was fine no slip but lucky did not have to move over for any other traffic. A few large puddles of slush about 10inches&nbsp;deep ,slow and steady and was all good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you choose to drive the Hurley at this time of the year be prepared to experience all kinds of weather and winter driving conditions. Winter driving skills, 4\u00d74, chains and good snow tires are essential for travel. A survival\/safety kit are good things to carry in your truck. Conditions can change fast at anytime up there with the fluctuating temperatures &amp; weather. Current conditions may not be reported on this site.
