Ski Touring on the Hurley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Late spring\/early summer is a great time for ski touring on the Hurley, especially when the road has been plowed and you can ski right from the vehicle and no snowmobile access is required.\u00a0 This year the plowing was not finished until June 7, a combination of deep snow and mechanical problems.\u00a0\u00a0 This group skied right past the dozer that had been working for 2 weeks to make it from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bridgerivervalley.ca\" target=\"_blank\">Gold Bridge<\/a> to the summit, moving at 1km a day.\u00a0\u00a0 The group skied Goat Mountain which is located south of Grouty Peak, towards <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Tenquille-Lake-Cabin\/139756616035967\" target=\"_blank\">Tenquille Lake<\/a>.\u00a0 Thanks to
