Another update in from Saturday evening. Thanks for the update Christine!
Just got home to Pemberton this evening (Saturday Oct. 24) from Gun Lake. Hurley was plowed with compact snow and some bare spots from Goldbridge side, changing to compact well driven snow up to just before Tenquille/Br.12 turn off. Then bare. Lots of pot holes still all the way through! Just watch for slippery areas before/after bridges.
Thanks to these guys for the latest Hurley update and photo!
Came over the Hurley from the Pemberton side around 2pm on Friday. Work on the Pemby side being done on the switchbacks. A good foot of fresh snow, but could still feel the gravel under the tires. Was a little slippery climbing to the peak, but overall fairly smooth considering the conditions. Was in a Tacoma with an BMW X3 following and we both had no issues.
