Sal Demare has been in contact with BJ Moore from the Ministry for the opening update. BJ has been in contact with the avi tech and today/tomorrow is the tipping point for the upper snowpack above the road. There is still considerable cooling at night and the snow melt is not happening fast. There is still 8-9 feet of snow at the summit. Another update will be posted early next week.
